God Has Blessed You!

John 10:10 “I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”

Galatians 3:13-14 “Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, ‘Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree),  that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.”

Genesis 12:2 “I will make you a great nation;  I will bless you And make your name great; And you shall be a blessing.”

If you embrace the revelation in Genesis 15 you have a complete grasp of the core purpose of the Bible … You will seize a thorough understanding of the Gospel.

GRACE!

Genesis 15:1-2  “Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your exceedingly great reward.” But Abram said, “Lord God, what will You give me, seeing I go childless,”

Ten years later and Abram is questioning God’s promise.

God confronts His doubt by repeating the promise with a covenant act.

Genesis 15:5-6 “Then He brought him outside and said, ‘Look now toward heaven, and count the stars if you are able to number them.’ And He said to him, ‘So shall your descendants be.’ And he believed (āman) in the Lord, and He accounted it to him for righteousness.”

Romans 4:3-5  “For what does the Scripture say? ‘Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.’ Now to him who works, the wages are not counted as grace but as debt.”

Galatians 3:6-7 “…just as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.’ Therefore know that only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham.”

James 2:23 “And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, ‘Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.’ And he was called the friend of God.”

Romans 4:20-21 AMP “No unbelief or distrust made him waver (doubtingly question) concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong and was empowered by faith as he gave praise and glory to God, Fully satisfied and assured that God was able and mighty to keep His word and to do what He had promised.”

Promise Sealed In Covenant.

Genesis 15:8-9 “Lord God, how shall I know that I will inherit it?” So He said to him, “Bring Me a three-year-old heifer, a three-year-old female goat, a three-year-old ram, a turtledove, and a young pigeon.”  Then he brought all these to Him and cut them in two,…”.    BINDING AGREEMENT IN BLOOD

Genesis 15:12-13 “Now when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and behold, horror and great darkness fell upon him. Then He said to Abram: “Know certainly…”

Genesis 15:17-18 “And it came to pass, when the sun went down and it was dark, that behold, there appeared a smoking oven and a burning torch that passed between those pieces. On the same day the Lord made a covenant with Abram,

Two Shocking Observations:

1. Abraham was a spectator.

2. God alone did the walk of blood.

This is the whole Gospel.

May I be torn in two if I don’t bless you.

May I also be cut in two if you don’t fulfil your part of covenant.

The Immortal become mortal.

The Immutable become mutable.

The Infinite become finite.

The Powerful become powerless.

2 Corinthians 5:21 “For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.”

Isaiah 58:3 “For He was cut off from the land of the living; For the transgressions of My people He was stricken.”

John 19:30 “He said, ‘It is finished!’ And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.”

Genesis 22:17 (AMP) “In blessing I will bless you and in multiplying I will multiply your descendants like the stars of the heavens and like the sand on the seashore. And your Seed (Heir) will possess the gate of His enemies.”

Genesis 24:1 (AMP)  “Abraham was old, well advanced in years, and the Lord had blessed Abraham in all things.”

Jesus Christ fulfilled the conditions of the covenant so that we could be received and blessed unconditionally.

GOD HAS BLESSED YOU!
