How you see the future determines much of how you live your life right now.

How you see God’s purpose unfolding in the “Last Days” has a great affect on how you attempt to live in the present.

Acts 13:36 “Now when David had served God’s purpose in his own generation, he fell asleep; he was buried with his ancestors and his body decayed.”

Acts 3:19-21   “Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that He may send Jesus Christ,…

…who was preached to you before, whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began.”

RESTORATION:— apokatastasis  from apo, “back, again,” kathistemi, “to set in order,”

(Thayer Greek Lexicon) — the restoration not only of the true theocracy but also of that more perfect state of (even physical) things which existed before the fall.

Numbers 14:21  “But as truly as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the LORD.” 

Isaiah 6:3  “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; The whole earth is full of His glory!”

Isaiah 40:5  “And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.” 

Habakkuk 2:2-3 “Then the Lord answered me and said: ‘Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry.’”

Habakkuk 2:14   “For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.”

Isaiah 9:7 “Of the increase of His government and peace There will be no end, Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, To order it and establish it with judgment and justice From that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.”

Life Expectancy For Men In Canada:     1920 — 58.8      2020 — 81.6

John 14:1  “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.” 

Matthew 16:18   “I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.”

Jesus is engaged right now in establishing His government in the earth.

Ephesians 3:21 “to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.” 

Colossians 1:27  “…what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.”  Greek “Humin” you:– plural of you, ye, yourselves

Matthew 24:21 “For there will be greater anguish than at any time since the world began. And it will never be so great again.”

Jesus listed ten signs in connection with a great tribulation and all of them were fulfilled within a five month period in AD70.

What if I believe the Great Tribulation is in the future?

How do you know we are not in the great tribulation right now?

Because we are still here!

1 Thessalonians 1:9-10 “…you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God, and to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, even Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to come.”

1 Thessalonians 5:9-11  “For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him. Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing.”

To tell people you are going to to have to suffer through diabolical nonsense but after seven years God is going to rescue you … that won’t bring about comfort!!!

Beheadings and horrible treatment … not good news!!!

God would never say He is preparing us as His bride  … and then say that before the wedding I’m going to hand you over to some evil man to abuse you for seven years so that you will learn to appreciate me.

Luke 17:26-30 “And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man:  They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.  …

Likewise as it was also in the days of Lot: They ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built; but on the day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. Even so will it be in the day when the Son of Man is revealed.”

1 Corinthians 15:51-52 “Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed— in a moment (atomos), in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.”

1 Thessalonians 4:16  “For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.”

Isaiah 60:1-3 “Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth And deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you. The Gentiles shall come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising.

(TLB) “Arise, my people! Let your light shine for all the nations to see! For the glory of the Lord is streaming from you.”

We should be manifesting the goodness of God today.  Not getting sidetracked by the distractions. 

This is a season of great harvest and world needs to see the reason for our HOPE!!!I
