Day 8 of 10 Days of Prayer, Why Am I In Line?

Why Am I In Line?
At theme parks they have the single rider option for those who want to drop there community and have the single rider experience. I can fill an empty random car ahead if I’m willing drop my family and friends and the guy who put the gas in his car to get me there.
We don’t have any single riders in the church. We are in line on purpose and we won’t give in to selfishness.
Acts 13:36 “Now when David had served Godʼs purpose in his own generation, he fell asleep; he was buried with his ancestors and his body decayed.”
You have a purpose to fulfill in this generation … God is committed to it and He will support the realization of it.
Luke 2:4 “So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David, because he belonged to the house and line of David.”
David was a faithful member in the line of Christ. You are now moving God’s purpose forward.
Nehemiah 3:18-20
“Next down the line were his countrymen led by Binnui … Next to them, Ezer son of Jeshua, … Next to him was Baruch son of Zab…” Next appears 18xʼs in chapter 3
It takes all of us working together to realize God’s purpose in the earth. It will be manifest by a CHURCH no a disconnected group of individuals.
4 Things I want to share with you today:
1. We Are In Line
2Timothy 1:9 “who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began,”
Today the church met in London … the usual people showed up and sat in there usual seats and had the usual meeting … still not engaging the community they are in!
God has placed each of us where we are to manifest His GOODNESS!!!
Psalm 57:2 “I cry out to God Most High, to God who fulfills his purpose for me.”
Ephesians 3:10 “…to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church…”
2. Start A Line
Matthew 15:21-28 “Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! My daughter is severely demon-possessed.”
She didn’t get offended … Hear for someone else … starting new line!!! I don’t care if its not time … I need it now!!! Megas faith
Shoppers Drug Mart … Quick in and out … I’ll pay more … what this line … Hey you could change someones life today … we need to start a new line … you could be employee of the month!!! START NEW LINE!!!
Mark 2:4 “…not come near Him because of the crowd, they uncovered the roof.”
3. Stay In Line
Mark 5:22-43 “Jarius …My little daughter lieth at the point of death: I pray thee, come …
A Line Jumper “…came in the press behind, and touched his garment …”
Someone highjacks your breakthrough … cut in prayer line got my prophecy … only been here a year and they are soon a team leading a group … WHAT!!!!
Get out of line Don’t bother — It’s over for you “Thy daughter is dead … “
Don’t be intimidated by others or what you see JESUS “Be not afraid, only believe.”
“He had his daughter restored to him”
4. Finish The Line
Hebrews 10:12 “Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”
Jesus was in line. He started a line. He stayed in line. He finished the line.
Iʼm not a single rider!!!
Iʼm going to Get In Line.
Iʼm going to Start A Line.
Iʼm going to Stay In Line.
Iʼm going to Finish The Line.
Iʼm In Line On Purpose!!!
Prayer Directives:
1. We pray for those who have been impacted recently by the natural disasters. Manifest your life in this mess Father. Bless all the first responders and release the Body Of Christ to manifest your love in these difficult times. We demand full restoration!!!
2. Cause the Body of Christ to function together. We are stronger when we connect. The connection is the place of strength. Connect me more to my church. Flood me with a passion for the very best for others. I want to manifest the meaning of preferring others.
3. Father: Help people get in line. Open new lines that give people access to You. Help people stay In line. Help us all be faithful to finish the line.
We do demand full restoration to all those affected by these recent natural disasters Lord. Holy Spirit excite people at Impact about the great potential they have inside them to affect their world. Excite them to get involved at Impact knowing together we can do anything. Open our hearts and eyes to see the great need in those around us and use us in the line you have placed us. We trust you will go before those starting a new line. (The way of the righteous is not uphill and treacherous but level and smooth for you go before us to prepare the way Is 26:7)…Amen.
It was overwhelming to watch the lines of cars trying to get out of Florida over the weekend, and even more staggering to watch the devastation literally washing over the state. However, what I envision replacing this mass exodus of humanity is an infinite line of seekers following the Good Shepherd. This line involves no devastation or loss, but rather goodness, joy and everlasting life. Thank you, Jesus, for leading us, guiding us and bringing us into the land you have promised all those who choose to follow you. Help us to stay in line!
Praying right now that those whom have been affected by the recent natural disasters would experience the overwhelming Goodness of God, even it what would seem would be an impossible situation. I declare that rich kindness of the Lord will reach deep into hearts and comfort those who have experienced loss.
Amen Mike! I’ve been praying for the those affected by the natural disasters too. Like Pastor said – we demand full restoration!!!
