Day 7 of 10 Days Of Prayer January 2025
Day 7 of 10 Days Of Prayer January 2025
Prayer For Harvest!
Paul had a passion for the lost.
Romans 9:1-4 (NLT) “With Christ as my witness, I speak with utter truthfulness. My conscience and the Holy Spirit confirm it. 2 My heart is filled with bitter sorrow and unending grief 3 for my people, my Jewish brothers and sisters.[a] I would be willing to be forever cursed—cut off from Christ!—if that would save them. 4 They are the people of Israel, chosen to be God’s adopted children.[b] God revealed his glory to them. He made covenants with them and gave them his law. He gave them the privilege of worshiping him and receiving his wonderful promises. 5 Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are their ancestors, and Christ himself was an Israelite as far as his human nature is concerned. And he is God, the one who rules over everything and is worthy of eternal praise! Amen.[c]l.”
1 Corithians 9:19,22 “For though I am free from all men, I have made myself a servant to all, that I might win the more; …I have become all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.”
1 Corinthians 9:19-23 (NLT) “I have become a slave to all people to bring many to Christ. … Yes, I try to find common ground with everyone, doing everything I can to save some. I do everything to spread the Good News and share in its blessings.”
2 Corinthians 5:20 (NLT) “We are Christ’s ambassadors, and God is using us to speak to you. We urge you, as though Christ himself were here pleading with you, “Be reconciled to God!”
“…Because sinners are not converted by direct contact of the Holy Ghost, but by the truth, employed as a means. To expect the conversion of sinners by prayer alone, without the employment of truth, is to tempt God.” Charles Finney
“The Christian is a holy rebel loose in the world with access to the throne of God. Satan never knows from what direction he will come.” A. W. Tozer
“If sinners be damned, at least let them leap to Hell over our bodies. If they will perish let them perish with our arms about their knees. Let no one go there UNWARNED and UNPRAYED for.” Charles Spurgeon
“I’m not impressed with anyone’s life unless they have integrity. But I’m not happy with their life unless they are dangerous. As much as I have the ability to do so, I’ll not let those around me get away with just being nice people!” Bill Johnson
Romans 10:13 -15 “For ‘whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.’ How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!”
10 lame excuses
1. “It’s the pastor’s job, not mine.” (According to Ephesians 4:11-12, his job is to equip you to do the work.)
2. “I don’t know what to say.” (There are plenty of resources out there to help you!)
3. “I just live the gospel with my life.” (Good, now open your mouth and declare the good news!)
4. “I’m waiting for the perfect timing.” (There’s no such thing!)
5. “I don’t have the gift of evangelism.” (Well, I don’t have the gift of mercy, but I still should show mercy!)
6. “They could reject me.” (No, Jesus said they will reject you…at times anyway.”)
7. “I have bad breath.” (Testamints!)
8. “I don’t know how to bring it up.” (How about just ask, “What are your spiritual beliefs?”)
9. “I’m terrified.” (So am I. So was Paul! Let’s ask God for boldness like he did! Ephesians 6:19)
10. “They may ask me a question I don’t have the answer to.” (You don’t have to know all the answers. You just need to introduce them to the One who does!)
Dear Lord of the Harvest, we ask You to send laborers into the fields around the world. In every place Your Word is preached, call and anoint fishers of men. Even in the most difficult places we pray the nets would be let down and be filled with a new, abundant, spiritual harvest in this hour. We pray for the nets of salvation to overflow with decisions for Christ in our homes, our churches, our schools, our prisons, our streets, our cities and nations. Revive Your work in the earth! Raise up and send preachers to proclaim the gospel. We pray that faith, revelation, and repentance will be given to all who hear their message and that salvation in the name of Jesus will be settled in the souls of men and women everywhere.
Great Shepherd of the sheep, seek and save the lost today! Shod your servants with the power of the gospel that men may be reconciled to You. Send Your servants, pour out the Holy Spirit, and release the reapers, Your angels, to bring those who have not yet believed into Your fold. Where the preaching of the gospel is bound or prohibited, we pray for sovereign conversions in the manner of Saul of Tarsus on the road to Damascus. We pray for divine appointments and for a release of faith exercised from the heart to cause sinners to repent and salvation to abound. We ask for household salvation and intercede with those who are praying for lost loved ones. We harmonize with their prayers that these family members will come to Christ. Where there is one believing as Rahab at Jericho or Cornelius at Caesarea or the keeper of the prison at Thyatira, cause their righteousness and faith to be a beacon and a well of salvation springing up to testify and convict, to save and bring into salvation, all the members of a family or household. Father of Lights, let the light of Your Presence shine to illumine Your Son in even the darkest places!
Great Physician, we cry to You for those who are spiritually sick and dying without a revelation of faith in Christ. We pray for the spirit of holy conviction to shake the hearts of our citizens that they would no longer conform to this world but be transformed by the renewing of the mind. Send Your Holy Spirit through believing vessels to bring the word of faith and repentance to those who are thirsty for God. As Christ has shed His blood for the cleansing of the sins for all who will receive Him, we lay hold of His saving power and the full effects of His intercession as our High Priest before the throne of heaven as we ask for salvation of souls today
Lamb of God, cause Your Spirit to seek and save the lost in every corner of the land that Your Book of Life may be written in today with new names of those receiving eternal life through faith in Your death, burial and resurrection. You have declared that only the Father knows the hour of Your return, prepare the way we pray by the preaching of the gospel message and a great ingathering of souls in our day. Thank You for answering and sending power and grace from Your sanctuary. Jesus, Lover of our souls, as You stand knocking upon the door of men’s hearts, cause them to hear and answer that the nations will walk in heaven’s light, and kings will bring their splendor into it. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Souls! Souls! Souls!
Amen!!! That is my Prayer! Also I pray that we would be aware of our surroundings throughout our day and boldly take opportunities to share Christ with someone not just privately pray for them but to speak to them! Lord give us boldness to share the Gospel with others!
Hallelujah!!
Father, thank you we are all part of your plan to save and redeem the entire cosmos – we have been made part of your body to demonstrate and announce the kingdom has come! Give each of us a holy boldness to speak openly and clearly of your love and grace wherever we are in Jesus name!
Cathy I really feel your passion for souls. I never want to forget the way I felt when I received the Lord Jesus into my heart. It was like I had an old fashioned snowsuit loaded down with snow on my body that was removed and I felt so much better, lightening my load. My saviour who did so much for me. It is not hard at all to share my testimony with others for their sozo experience. Expecting divine appointments and opportunities to share Gods love to ears prepared by Holy Spirit.
We thank you Lord for each prodigal that will be returned home in 2025 in Jesus name Amen
Amen & amen!
Yes, and Amen!
So Be It done as it has been declared!
Amen! Each day, Father, you place people in our path who are in desperate need of you. Holy Spirit, open our eyes and ears to each one around us and may we be so super sensitive to Holy Spirit that when He says ‘that one’, we are obedient to go to and speak to or pray with that person. Thank You, Lord, for involving us in, and trusting us with, this great mission of being your ambassadors of hope and ministers of reconciliation. In Jesus’ Name, Amen!
I agree with Laurie! Lord, give us sensitive spirits and obedient hearts to bring Your love to a hurting world. Make us effective ambassadors for you.
Amen.. May we go about our days shining Your light on those in our paths and for those who may be slightly off of our paths! May Love echo through all of my actions and encounters each and every day.
Ditto that Laurie! & AJ!

I agree, the prodigals are being brought home by the Holy Spirit directly by way of our prayers and declarations!

Lord may we reach out to all passerbyers and silently pray for them. Speak the word of Christ our Lord throughout the day giving thanks for healing and washing over our souls. Bring Jesus along to all that you’re involved with and may we be mindful of what you would do in these everyday situations. Be kind. Be loving. Every day I say “ what would Jesus do”. Bless everyone today and all days while living with Christ our King in our hearts. Amen
Amen to that powerful prayer. There is Hope in Christ. Oh yes Lord we pray for “sovereign conversions in the manner of Saul of Tarsus on the road to Damascus”…and ‘as far as the east is from the west, that is how far He has removed our trangressions from us’…may we be His salt to all we go…Praise the Lord!!!
We ask the Lord of the harvest to send the harvesters into the ready fields according to your Word, that will not return void!
Amen
Yes, we give thanksgiving for the mighty work in the earth of reformation , repentance, and a great soul harvest. . This is the day the LORD has made.
Lord Jesus shine through me to bring hope and salvation to the lives around me. Help me to be a testimony to your goodness.
Man, I’m so pumped by this… any opportunity I get to tell people about how good God has been to me, how I’ve never lived in unloved moment and have never been a day without prayer! Don’t get me wrong, It’s absolutely God‘s will that we are blessed. But God’s heartbeat is people…. Whether they know about him or not… whether they love him or not. He loves them… every single human being on the earth.
(Proverbs 11:30) says, “he will wins souls wise”. Our prayer as believers should always be motivated by praying for those to see the goodness and grace of God & become a part of His family.
