Day 4 of 10 Days of Prayer, He Answers Prayer

He is the God who hears and answers prayer!
God is ready and waiting to engage our prayers. Prayer is talking with God and it is also partnering with God. Prayer aligns us with God’s heart so that we begin to express His desires in the earth.
Jeremiah 1:12 “Then said the Lord to me, You have seen well, for I am alert and active, watching over My word to perform it.”
“God does nothing on earth except in response to believing prayer.” John Wesley
I love this story about Elijah confronting the prophets of Baal. The people really didn’t know what to do.
1 Kings 18:24 “Then you call on the name of your god, and I will call on the name of the LORD. The god who answers by fire — he is God.” Then all the people said, “What you say is good.”
People were saying that they would be willing to follow the God who shows up! So Elijah prays for God to come in power.
1 Kings 18:37 “Answer me, O LORD, answer me, so these people will know that you, O LORD, are God, and that you are turning their hearts back again.”
He is the Lord who hears and answers prayer. He is looking for people to partner with right now.
Psalm 34:15 “The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, And His ears are open to their cry.”
2 Chronicles 16:9 “The eyes of the Lord search the whole earth in order to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him.”
Let’s engage the heavenlies this day. Let’s saturate London with the Glory of God through our prayers.
Here are just a few of the ways God answers. Join me and put a demand on these living words from our faithful to manifest in this city.

In Jesus name, we put a demand on the scriptures in the prayer directives from these 10 Days of Prayer to manifest for London, our Pastors and our lives so that we continue to be a blessing and agents of accelerated change to those around us. “Transforming lives to impact their world” isn’t just a slogan, it’s a tangible action carried out daily through the manifested word in all our lives, and through our actions, now in a much greater measure going forward! Wake up each morning expecting to see, supernatural Suddenlies!!!

Thank you, Father, that you are our God who always shows up in response to the cries of your children. Thank you that you are our God who hears and answers prayer. So, we cry out to you for our city of London, for our province of Ontario and our country Canada. Lord, let your Glory fall on our city and our land in miraculous ways and deliver us from the pervading darkness that threatens to overwhelm the hearts and minds of so many. May we, your children of the Light, shine with the glory of your beauty and goodness, and may many eyes be opened to the reality of who you really are and who you long to be in our lives. Thank you, Lord, that you didn’t have to come, but you ALWAYS do. Thank you for your faithfulness and your mercy.
I love that in John 11:41-42 Jesus’ belief and conviction that His Father always heard him, came right before a demonstration of resurrection power. Lord may we all know deeply and be fully persuaded that you hear us, that we are declaring your will and intention when we say, “let the light of Life that is Jesus Himself be on full display in this region, in and through your church. Amen!
I thank you Lord that you are the God who hears us and answers us! So we declare healing and freedom for London and we ask you to use us to help that happen. Equip us and fill our hearts with your love for this city. We pray for Alpha coming up that many new people will be drawn in by the Holy Spirit and that their lives will be forever changed. Thank you God that we can partner with you to bring Heaven to earth!
Thank you God that you hear and answer prayer. Thank you that you are the God who shows up! Thank you that you show up through me. I can participate with you in healing, delivering, … people want to know what to do, so God show up today! Show us opportunities where we can partner with you. Let your goodness be seen throughout London. May our 10 days of prayer comments be flooded with testimonies of how You showed up in people’s lives! Now is the time! Today is the day!
I agree with Kelly….where would we be if we didnt believe you hear and answer prayer? Heightened expectation comes from this believing and we do expect suddenlies to happen now. We expect changes in our City, our schools, our churches, our homes, our families. Changes in marriages, health, our children. We expect much Lord, much!! And we thank you for it all.
Thank you Lord for being the God who shows up! The God who confirms His word with signs following, we declare your peace, your prosperity, your healing and deliverance over London because it is your promose to us and we thank you that you will bring it to pass in Jesus name!
Wow, Yes Lord, we pray for those suddenlies – seemingly out of nowhere signs and wonders, and opportunities to minister your goodness to those around us, for mass healing and spiritual harvest. Holy Spirit, seek out searching hearts and guide them to find opportunities to connect AND reveal to us who to invite to Alpha and other small groups. Help us create a network of people who come to know and love you together, experiencing the radical transformation of life with you. For it is all from you and all for you, and you are worthy of it all. Hold nothing back from your people in London, Father – it is your heart that all will come to know the truth of Jesus Christ. Flood this town to overflowing with your presence. Where there is any need, may your hand be there leading the lost into your home to experience the fullness of your glory. In Jesus’ name, amen!
