Day # 10 — 10 Days Of Prayer
Welcome to day 10. Good job everyone.
Just want to share a couple of the thing from Terry and Deborah:
“…it was a picture of us at Impact Church getting together in our ten days of prayer. As each person prayed they joined the others in prayer. Each prayer was different in the way that snowflakes are different, but that each one was building upon one another and together formed a beautiful present unto the Lord, filled with power and it raised up to him like incense and He loved it.
I have such a sense of gratefulness to Him that He is a God who allows us to take a part in His plans.We can speak out the Word to Him and He listens and He moves in us and through us. Great things are ahead in 2016 for those he loves. Impact Church – we are about to see and take part in that.”
That’s some good stuff!
It’s time to get flooded with zeal for the purposes of god! This is one of my favourite characters in the bible. JEHU
Jehu:– Jehovah is He or … He will __________. Fill in the blank He will do it!
2 Kings 10:15-16
“…he lighted on Jehonadab the son of Rechab …, Is thine heart right, as my heart is with thy heart? And Jehonadab answered, It is. If it be, give me thine hand. And he gave him his hand; and he took him up to him into the chariot. And he said, Come with me, and see my zeal for the LORD.”
Jehu is anointed to get things right in the kingdom. He will get it done. He comes across Jehonadab (A Priest who has taken a Nazarite vow) and he says join me in my zealous pursuit to make God’s name great. Come with me, and see my zeal for the LORD.
Zeal:– Enthusiastic devotion to a cause, ideal, or goal and tireless diligence in its furtherance. Passion, Fervor, Jealousy, to be hot, to boil over.
Isaiah 9:6-7

Why People Lack Zeal?
Lose Focus – precious becomes familiar
Malnutrition – no disciplines
Fear Of Man – afraid to stand out
Yielding to Disappointment
No Purpose beyond themselves

Why We Need Zeal
It is a biblical imperative.
First step to manifestation.
Zeal increases willpower.
Zeal changes lives.
Zeal changes me.
How To Possess Zeal
Believe zeal makes the difference.
Accept God’s desire for your zeal.
Pray for more zeal.
Keep yourself in His love.
Activate the deposits of God.
Associate with zealous people.
Never forget who you are.
Prayer Directives:
Spend some time making God big in your life. Proclaim His greatness!!!
Now with your position In Him firmly established, confront your enemies with one of the most powerful weapons — Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!!! Yes your situation may be very serious and it may be threatening to you … BUT God is bigger and He has better plans for you. His purpose cannot be overcome. REJOICE!!!
Pray with me for ALL BOLDNESS to come upon God’s people!
Pray for for many of those coming to the city in this time of transition to make IMPACT CHURCH home.
Pray for the boldness to result in supernatural expression of the Presence and power of God. Supernatural health. Supernatural provision. Supernatural wisdom.
Pray for service today to b awesome.

Well done folks … now stand and watch the God who hears and answers prayer!!!
This is the day that the Lord has made – we so rejoice and are super glad – yes I believe SUPER GLAD! Thank-you Jesus that Your Spirit quickens our mortal bodies, Your Spirit brings life, Your creative Spirit in us makes life enjoyable and full.
Your plans for Impact church in 2016 are good – we make sure that we are focusing on Your Kingdom and Your ability in us – nothing is impossible with You!
All that You have prepared for us is Good – it is super Good! We come to Your table and dine, all goodness, pleasures and peace forevermore are before us to freely partake. Thank-you God that you have not only taken the first step but You have laid out a pathway of victory for us – we follow Your example Jesus and live in perfect union with our Father. We cry out to You God, cries of grace and peace to flood our beings overflowing to those around us.
The earth is the Lords and ALL that is in it – wow – thank-you God that You are the master architect – You are the grand designer – all goodness and awesomeness is from You. We today focus on how amazing is Your love for us – You have provided such good things for us to enjoy – to embrace, to experience.
We are thrilled that Your boldness leads us to victory over death and sin. The Lord is King forever! We continue to lift up the name of Jesus. We believe that You will draw people this year to Impact church and entrust us to love and care for those precious ones. We agree for a spirit of gentleness and understanding to be upon us for the many lives that You entrust to our care. Thanks be to God for the grace that He continues to show toward us!
Service today will be awesome, because You will come Lord, You will inhabit our praises, You will manifest Your love toward us today – in salvation, in healing, in prophecy, in joy, in freedom for all who come!
We say YES to Jesus!!
i am convinced that our zealousness for the Lord is not based on how much we think we are sold out for Christ but more on our real understanding of how much God is sold out for us.
“For we are to live lives with pure hearts in the constant awe and wonder of our Lord God. Put your heart and soul into every activity you do, as though you were doing it for the Lord himself and not merely for others.” (Col 3:22-23)
Father, you alone are AWESOME and full of majesty and wonder. No wonder our hearts burn for you. You created us in your image and you are filling us with your awesomeness every day. And so we rejoice in who you are and proclaim, “Our God is mighty to save!” Set our hearts on fire for you, Father, and fill us with your burning passion and your Light and your Life to invade every aspect of our lives. You have called us to be the light of the world. Thank you for equipping and sustaining us to shine for you. We love you, Lord!
Father, your Word declares your people will be willing in the day of your power. This is that day o Power! Today is the day of Salvation! This is the day of your making and choosing and we are purposefully stepping forward with Kingdom authority and single-minded pursuit of your Glory! Show us your Goodness, show us your Glory that we will show forth the mighty works of our Awesome Father!
I love that our church puts emphasis on prayer at the start of the year. We are encouraged in the bible to pray constantly and without ceasing. When we pray we should believe that we will receive.
My prayer today is that every Christian at Impact Church would discover their God given talents for the Lord and perform them with all zeal like Jehu.
