#183 Palm Sunday – The Perfect Sacrifice

Colossians 1:20-22

The feast of Passover:
Today they brought the sacrifice for inspection.
Today the got rid of the leaven.
This day Jesus came for inspection.
This day He cleansed His temple.
Today He begins His final assult on the kingdom of darkness to secure JUSTICE FOR ALL!

The Father does not inspect you He inspects His Son. “The Lamb of God”
He is PERFECT! 
You are PERFECT!
 If your knowledge of the blood of Jesus is accurate then your faith in His shed blood will result in complete restoration.
Colossains 3:3 “…your life is hid with Christ in God.”
Hid:– (Apokruphos) to hide concealing, keeping secret
Paul had a clear revelation of our life being identified with Christ.
You are perfect … complete in Him.
Galatians 2:20
“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me;…”

1Corinthians 10:1-2
“Moreover, brethren, I do not want you to be unaware that all our fathers were under the cloud, all passed through the sea, all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea,…”

There is a truth here he wants you to understand!

Exodus 14:30-31
“So the LORD saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians dead on the seashore. Thus Israel saw the great work which the LORD had done in Egypt; so the people feared the LORD, and believed the LORD and His servant Moses.”
See every enemy of your soul gone. Powerless against you ever again.

Matthew 3:16-17
“When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him. And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”

Before Jesus did one lick of ministry for the Father … He was declared well pleasing to the Father

There may have been a helpless feeling when the Israelites walked through the waters seeing the past coming after them.

But when they came up out of the water and the waters rushed back – they had a brand new life in a new land new freedom.
